Members can decide what activities they would like to take part in.FiNDers also runs its own tuck shop which members help to run. All profits from the tuck shop are used to deliver activities throughout the year.

Staff training and experience

All staff undergo mandatory in-house training by FiND Charity. All new staff undergo an in-depth induction to the service and shadow an experienced staff member. All students undergo a person centred review and assessment. This allows us to put together a person centred profile (MyPlan). This plan is used to communicate key support requirements and individual choices with staff, allowing them to build a positive relationship with the student they are supporting. FiND Charity has a safeguarding and child protection policy in place.
