Castaway Youth Theatre

Description

Castaway Youth Theatre is a great opportunity for young people to have fun and make friends, gaining confidence and achievement from making and performing their own drama, music and film.

These weekly sessions are delivered by professional artists for young people to explore theatre, music and other art forms in weekly sessions and two or three day holiday projects. Members can choose to perform in shows, sometimes with Castaway Music Theatre, and to work towards Arts Awards (optional). Specialist support and some transport is available for full participation and access, including additional and complex needs. Funded by BBC Children in Need.

Arts Awards

Young people up to the age of 25 can work towards an Arts Award at all groups at Castaway Goole, helping to develop leadership, communication and creative skills. Find out more about the national Arts Award. Ask staff about how to sign up.
