Healthwatch East Riding of Yorkshire
Healthwatch East Riding of Yorkshire

Healthwatch works to help local people get the best out of their local health and social care services. We do this by:
•    Gathering feedback from the community on health and social care and passing this back to those who fund and provide the services. This helps to improve services and to share good practice.
•    Providing an information service about local health and social care services and support groups and how to access them. We also provide training to groups and individuals to help them find, understand and use information to improve their health and make best use of services.
•    Ensuring that everyone in our community is able to be involved, and to have their voices heard. We have launched a Community Partnership so that local community groups in every town and village can provide feedback about their experience.
