City Health Dental Services
Description
Dental care for those patients who cannot be treated in a traditional High Street dental setting  due to learning  or physical disability/health needs/dental phobia.

Clinics throughout Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire (Goole, Bridlington, Cottingham, Driffield)

Most clinics have plenty of parking, ground floor access / lifts. Hoists are available at all clinics and a wheelchair tipper at the Bridlington Clinic
Access to this service
A referral is required, usually from a High Street dentist, but they are also accepted from GPs, Health Visitors, Community Nurses etc who will complete and send in the referral form.
How we communicate with children, young people with SEND and their families
Some staff can sign.
Registered service and regulatory body
We are registered with Care Quality commission (CQC). All clinical staff are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC)
Training acquired to support children and young people with SEND and their families
We have staff on paediatric and adult special care dentistry specialist lists and a consultant in both areas.
