All Ride
Adapted bike rides for people with additional needs.
5 years and above

Foreshores Office
North Promenade Office
Victoria Terrace,

Once registered, each user is assessed on their competency to ride a bike. Then the most appropriate available bike will be assigned for each individual at the North Promenade,
Victoria Terrace,
YO15 2LX (20 minute walk from the South Shore office).

There is on street parking near the North Promenade.
Bikes are stored close to the North Promenade office and can be hired from here.

Contact the Foreshore Office to book or for more information. Self-referral service but we can accept referrals from other agencies.

“All Ride” registration forms are completed at the bike storage unit near the North Promenade Office, all completed registration forms are then secured safety at the South Promenade Office.

Who this service is for
All disabilities but limited bikes.
Parent and sibling involvement
Siblings can attend this activity and parents are required to stay on site for the duration of the session.
Registered service and regulatory body
Registered with the local authority.
Training acquired to support children and young people with SEND and their families
All staff have received training on:
  • Cycle assembly and storage of information
  • Helmet use and general maintenance
  • Information gathering to show bikes are fit for purpose
  • Disability Awareness
  • Training is ongoing as required
Cost of service and payment options
£2.50 per hour  - with a £10 refundable deposit on return as long as the bike is returned in the same condition to went out in.
