This card is for anyone over the age of 18 years old living in the same home as the child/ young person registered for LOOK AHEAD. It allows the holder to 50% discount on some leisure centre activities in all East Riding of Yorkshire Leisure Centres. Activities include swimming, pay as you go gym sessions, exercise classes run by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

To get one of these cards please email the names and dates of birth of eligible adults, and the name, date of birth and address of your youngest child registered on LOOK AHEAD to SENDIASS@eastriding.gov.uk Alternatively call SENDIASS on (01482) 396469

Once it has been processed, you will need to collect the card from your nearest East Riding of Yorkshire leisure centre

This card is exclusively for families of a child or young person that is signed up to LOOK AHEAD. To find out about LOOK AHEAD and how to apply for the service please go to the look ahead page.

This is for the main parent carer of a child or young person registered for LOOK AHEAD. It allows the holder to access the staff discounts given to East Riding of Yorkshire Council employees in various businesses across East Riding of Yorkshire, including East Riding Leisure Centre cafes and The Spa Bridlington Café.

To get one of these cards please email or post a head shot photo of yourself to SENDIASS@eastriding.gov.uk Please include your name and the name, date of birth and address of your youngest child registered on LOOK AHEAD.
