Development of Community Mental Health Schemes - Survey

A recent Government green paper consultation on Transforming Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Provision put forward the idea of community mental health support teams to be based in schools and to act as a link between CAMHS and the schools.
The East Riding of Yorkshire Council is looking to develop this service and would welcome your views and ideas on what the new service should look like and how it can best support children and young people with their mental health and emotional well being.
Please complete the survey below, the results will be completely anonymous and please answer as few or as many of the questions as you wish.
