Annual Health Checks for People with a Learning Disability

Description

People with a learning disability often experience poorer health and healthcare than the rest of the general population. This does not need to be the case. In Hull and the East Riding, we want all people with a learning disability to have the same access to healthcare and treatment as everyone else.

Annual health checks are for adults and young people aged 14 or over with a learning disability and you don’t need to be ill to have one.
