Blind and Visually Impaired Multi-sport session

Description

Multi-sports session for people with a visual impairment or blind people to help boost their confidence and to help them meet new people. Within this, the Tigers Trust is aiming for participants to try different/new sports that one day they might take up as a hobby.

The visually-impaired session normally runs on a Wednesday, 12pm until 2pm at the Tigers Trust arena but currently isn't running due to COVID-19.

Staff training and experience

All staff have NGB coaching qualifications in sports and disability sports, ranging from tennis, wheelchair activities, archery, football, rugby and more. All staff and volunteers hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, safeguarding certificate and have regular training.
