Healthwatch East Riding of Yorkshire

Description

Healthwatch East Riding of Yorkshire is the consumer champion for local health and social care services. We collect the views and experiences that people have had of their local health and care services, and how they think things could be improved.

All information that we collect remains anonymous, however we then use it to identify themes and trends, and make recommendations to the NHS and Local Authority on the changes that people would like to see.

We are also a central source of information about local health and social care services, and can signpost you to the right places if you feel you need to make a complaint about your care.

If you would like to share with us your experiences of care received; would like support with making a complaint; or would like any information in services available or how to access then, then please contact us at:

Staff training and experience
